"Room door didn’t look secure at bolt level. We checked in as group of 3, there was only two towels. A/c worked well, kept us nice n cool. Not a bad place considering its age for quick overnights. *******Big thing, Big thanks, the bathroom tissue was SOFT type and not the wax paper stuff like at other more expensive places, YAY!!!"

"The property was perfect. Very neat and clean, with everything you need for the perfect stay. The Silo area was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. Deer were visible throughout our stay. We felt at home! We didn’t have pets with us, but they had the perfect set up for anyone who would need to bring their pet and you don’t get that very often. The location is very covenant to anything you want to do around Rockport. We will definitely stay again in the future."

"The saying goes, you get what you pay for and that’s exactly what I got. There was a lot of rust in the bathroom. The tub stopper wouldn’t stay up in the tub so water filled the tub as you showered. The sink drained slowly. Overall, it was located in a convenient location to catch the ferry."

"Perfect. Breakfast was superb. The cook was very meticulous about her kitchen. We appreciated the friendly staff. The room was clean. Looks like a few workers out in a distant part of the parking lot left quite a bit of trash. Other than that everything was excellent. We will definitely stay there again."
