"Front staff was amazing. Answer all our questions and offered information on exploring the island. They really took wonderful care of us, with excellent customer service. Hotel is older but well cared for. Relaxing pool, excellent air conditioning and restaurant on site. Only improvement needed is to upgrade the beds. "

"Excellent location! Right next to Ramon’s who really maintains their beach. You still wouldn’t want to swim in it due to the Sargasm but there is no smell like some other places on the island. The units were large (family of 6 and were very comfortable). Very clean and cleaning was done every day. We had an issue with our Bed being too loud and they sent their handyman to fix it for us or offered to change our room free of charge. We took the fix and it was great after that. Pool is perfect for kids. Lots of sun or shade as needed. Excellent spot on the island. Highly recommend."

"The resort seems to be fairly new and still in construction. We had ants in our room for the entire stay and called everyday for someone to call resolve the issue. I also noticed that other guests were shown around the property and we were not. The hospitality could have been much better. "

"Bananas on the beach was such a treat to stay at last week. Their whole front desk and staff were very sweet and were able to answer all questions. Upon arrival they took our bags to the room. The room itself was very clean and neat. The water pressure shower was amazing and the AC worked very well. The tv in the room is a smart tv and you are able to stream using your own logins which was a classy touch !! They offer laundry services for $10 a load USD , this was very helpful. The room service was excellent and super tasty. My partner and I are , already planning to come back and stay at this lovely hotel. I would recommend them to any and everyone !! They even planned with my partner and set up birthday decorations for me! "

"Located right in the town.. Close proximity to many restaurants and party spots. Cheffy is the host and he is very helpful. He recommended spots for me to visit and was very attentive whenever he was needed. You can also drive to Secret Beach from here and its about 40mins by golf cart but I recommend the drive because its very scenic and you get to see the island.. I'd definitely recommend here for the price and the location and knowing you can get assistance from Cheffy."
