Rooms are clean, well updated. Staff is wonderful and breakfast is yummy, just enough to fill you up and get a good start. The property felt safe even at 2am when I couldnt sleep and needed some air. This is our 2nd time staying here and has officially become our favorite redding stay.

My go to place in Redding. The upgrades are beautiful, the staff is very helpful, everything is clean, and the breakfast is really good. Highly recommend as this is a classy place at a reasonable rate. Great downtown location and pet friendly!

My daughter and I absolutely loved our stay at the Thunderbird! They beautifully renovated this original 1950s hotel while keeping all its nostalgic charm. The retro décor was amazing, everything was spotless, and the bed and bedding were so comfortable. We also loved the cute bathroom and Dove products—it truly felt like a home away from home on our travels. A five-star stay at a two-and-a-half-star price! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
