"We had a very nice 2-night stay. The room was good-sized and very clean and nice-looking. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Wi-fi easy to access. Bathroom sparkling clean and well-equipped. Heads up - they don't do housekeeping until your 3rd day. Make your own bed! The pool area was perfect for us because we had little children. The hot tub wasn't very hot so the kids could tolerate it. The 6-inch children's pool with a little slide and a mushroom fountain in the middle was just the right size. The bigger pool was small and cold; might not have been the greatest for older kids. The breakfast was superb - wide variety, all piping hot and delicious. Overall a great stay!"

"Generally great! Waterpark excellent. Room was placed around players from a sports tournament . They did not respect nor necessarily disrespect the 10pm noise curfew but lots of slamming room doors til midnight and running around down the halls above and on current floor til 11pm"

"Checked in after 3. The person at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. I was originally placed in a room that I could not get open nor could the person at the desk. Moved to another room, which was uneventful. It appeared renovations were almost complete. There was paint on the tile floor at bathroom. It was easy to hear the neighbors. Went to a vending machine at about 1:00 and it smelled like fresh smoke not of cigarettes. Ice in the parking lot was thick and challenging to navigate in multiple areas. Free breakfast had a number of choices.It was a pleasant stay and the price point was reduced after using One Key. Thank you. "

"The check in process was sketch - bldg and rooms did match expectations from listing. However, once in the actual apartment it was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Owner was helpful and accommodating to help ensure we felt safe and satisfied. Appreciated that. "

"I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but our recent stay was disappointing. The room itself looked fine at first, but we found roaches during our stay. We purchased roach killer in hopes we would not bring roaches home. We should have know something was not right as we were told there was a booking issue and we could not stay in the unit booked. Then they tried to move us again. I think we should be refunded 100%. "
