"The rooms are somewhat updated woth engineered flooring. Thankfully no carpets. The heaters makes so much noise. They sound like an airplane ready for takeoff. The toilet must be leaking because every few minutes it would make noise filling again. I could not sleep. Will not stay here again."

"Had a wonderful stay in the Family Suite! Very rustic and fun for a group of up to 7 people. The property is about 10 minutes away from Bryce Canyon. The adjacent restaurant was really good for dinner and breakfast. Would definitely stay again in the future, maybe for more than one night next time!"

"First room had no working lights. Second room had no working lights. Third room did, but I had to go around and plug in all of the lights and the TV and DirectTV. Very inconvenient to have to move around the property 3 times with 2 disabled children. No offer was made to assist or provide any discounts for the severe inconvenience at 10:30 at night."
