"The location is great and the property is very pretty, clean, and the staff is friendly. Took off a star for a few things - the rooms have no microwave, you have to go all the way to the lobby to use a communal microwave and there are no full length mirrors in the rooms, just the mirror in the bathroom. For a higher end hotel with higher prices, these things should really be in each room."

"The hotel was so quaint and enjoyable. The steamboat theme was throughout the hotel and rooms, in a very tasteful way. My kids thought it was “extremely fancy.” The outdoor space, the pond, fire pit and playground were great, but the friendly staff was what really set this apart. 5/5!!!"

"Housekeeping did a 5 star job. Staff was very helpful and made sure you understood any questions asked. Breakfast was different every day we stayed, and the attendant made sure the tables were cleaned after the guests were finished ready for the next guests.Parking lot was always cleaned and never had a problem finding a spot."
