Very well located to centre of the city. Clan No staff to greet you on arrival accept my phone, which worked fine. Excellent support when staff did arrive in the day. No elevator

Disappointing. It is rated too high, so our expectations were the same. However the price doesn’t worth what we found: There is not 24 hours front-desk at all, we arrived 3:00 PM and had the get the indications to get in by phone. The cleaning of the room was more than mediocre. Breakfast is average and below, compared to what you usually find in other places. The property stinks to cigarette smoke despite it is “vietato fumare” inside. There wasn’t even a courtesy water, everything was to be paid. The host is a nice person, but there is a lot to improve here.

The access codes to get in were not sent in advance so I had trouble getting in; had to use VA on app to have someone buzz me in and tell me where my keys were. Nearly fainted from heatstroke before I got in. TV reception was terrible and as far as I could tell there were no channels except Italian and two French. Could not even find the World Cup matches on. That seems basic. The fridge in the room did not work so I could not keep any cold water in my room for evening. The staff only showed up on the second and fourth day I was there and that was to copy my passport and then to collect the tourist tax I owed. There was no other service or assistance of any kind. I felt completely abandoned. Had to go to the tourism office several times to ask basic questions like getting a taxi, changing my train ticket. I regret not having stayed at a hotel where I would have had some support.

Tutto veramente ok!!! Gentilezza, pulizia, colazione e ottimo punto strategico per raggiungere facilmente qualsiasi posto desiderato, sia a piedi che con i mezzi. Se passeremo di nuovo lì sicuramente torneremo in questa struttura.
