Specifically, beds are on the lower quality end, to the extent that one of them had to be modified with extra comforters. "The guests were unable to contact the host were not able to check in at the indicated time, no one available to speak to. They had to find alternative accommodation. Unacceptable and unprofessional service. Reading previous messages yesterday the date of the stay the host had said the dates were not available and yet payment was taken in full. I am requesting a full refund."
