"The Studio Suite was perfect! There was one Queen bed and pull out couch. I loved that the Studio Suite had a small kitchen with a full-size fridge, sink, cabinets with dishwater, electric stove, and dishwasher. Breakfast was ok! They had some variety like muffins (which were really good), bagels, cereal, eggs, and sausage. My only complaint was that they ran out of certain items close to 8 am and had to wait for it to be refilled. Some of these items were coffee, coffee creamer, and sausage. The staff was super friendly. As I was checking out of the room, the staff at the front desk gave my son a pack of crayons to take home. It was a really nice gesture."

"The house was wonderful. We used the grill, seating, and hammock outside. The kitchen was very well equipped. The three bedrooms were really nice and had everything we needed. The Internet was great there was plenty of room in the house. The washer and dryer worked great. Communication with the owner was immediately returned. I would highly recommend this house. "

"The pictures don't do it justice. This home was so much better in person. The host was on top of any and all concerns we had. There were only two downfalls to this place. First is the fact that the jacuzzi is controlled by an app you have to download and it takes awhile to get warm. And the second is the fact that you eventually have to check out and go home. My family completely enjoyed this place. We would love to come back in the future. "

"Since the moment we checked in it was one thing after another that seemed to go wrong. These hosts only care about money. Do not stay here without some confirmations of fixed issues first! Or just don’t even bother. The pool and hot tub were not on when we arrived and was filled with many rocks and debris and wet wipes? The pool was overflowing into hot tub and it should be the other way. Both the pool and hot tub temp was 59 degrees. The host was very rude with me over the phone when I told them about the pool and hot tub, they were not answering on the app so I had to call them. They said they would send someone tomorrow first thing in the am. I at that point asked for a partial refund since the amenities were not working, she told me I could leave now and get one night refunded (I booked for 2 nights). I told her that was not possible so last minute and we would like to have it fixed please. The pool guy came the next day when we were not there and got the rocks out and wet wipes and had finally turned on the pumps and heater, they didn’t however pump out the excess water. Again only staying 2 nights no way that would have heated up anytime soon. I don’t think they have the pool serviced regularly and definitely not in between each guests.The tv didn’t work in the living room and the fridge/freezer also was not working. We had to throw away all our food. We left early and still didn’t get a refund and am still working on a case with vrbo. Our trip was the end of dec."

"Mark was great! We had a couple of small requests and he took care of them immediately. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable."

"Overall we had a great stay here with our extended family, including teens and one elderly person. The neighborhood is super quiet and beautiful to walk the dogs through. Host was helpful and friendly and did respond each time an issue came up. We really enjoyed sitting out on the large back deck and around the fire table when it wasn't raining. Also plenty of room for our whole large party to sit together for meals and games.Main thing that was a challenge for us was the fact that this is NOT a 3 bathroom property as stated in the listing. It is actually only 2.5 bathrooms and when you're staying for several days with a big group, that missing shower becomes a problem.The other thing that should be noted is that the 5th bedroom does not have a closing door (just a curtain) and is directly off the main living room. Since we had teens sleeping in there it wasn't an issue for us, but anyone with younger kids that go to bed early might want to consider that."
