The room was in good condition, the fridge worked great, clean. Staff great. Every time I got off on the 4th floor it smelled like marijuana. Need new towels. Refreshments in lobby very nice, especially apples individually wrapped. Breakfast was ok , nice shells were still on boiled eggs. Very clean in food area, the lady putting out food kept the area full, clean, she was attentive to my needs, and can speak English fluently. Most of all I requested an Accessible room at time of reservation over a month ago, but Juan at desk didn’t see any request when I checked in. Not happy, but took another room anyways.

The location kind of surprised us but there was plenty of dining options nearby including a few within walking area. Our room was spacious, very neat and clean. I took advantage of the room refigerator filling it with local produce from the local Farmers Market. The free breakfast was well maintained with a good variety of choises. Staff was pleasant and attentive to our needs. There was renovations going on but not on occupied areas .

I had basic needs for this stay, but it gave me what I needed: a clean room, safety, and proximity to all of my destinations. I didn't have much interaction with the staff, but the front desk attendees at check-in and check-out were fine. My only issue was not being able to park near the door because several dumpsters and trucks were there as they are renovating.

the pictures of this place is insane. our shower was peeling and trust me i wore my flip flops in the shower it was that bad. this place looks like someone died in there and i would not stay here. the staff was friendly and great but geez this place was disgusting.
