"Towels and blankets in the room were very limited. We booked an appointment with the onsite spa which was very delayed and kept us waiting for 45 minutes."

"Nice location in Chennai. Staff are very attentive and helpful. I saw the staff helping a guest pack an art item for shipment! The hotel is near the Phoenix mall which has many shops and restaurants."

"Good location, grand hotel but the service members should be a bit more personable with visitors. They are formal but that making visitors feel special is a quality that needs developed more. Also there was an incident that happened to me in the night with a malfunctioning ac unit in the bedroom but no further calls were provided to apologize for the inconvenience from their part. A star hotel like them is expected to do better. They need customer liaisons that address any issues that happen...

"Have stayed here several times and always enjoyed it."

"We couldn’t check in because there said no Indian ID.please don’t book this hotel I call to Expedia no one helped me Very poor customer service I don’t recommend anyone. If don’t have Indian ID don’t book the hotel "

"this has been rated and advertised as a four-star hotel but it is not. It is hardly a two star there is nobody at the lobby. After hours There is a cleaner/ receptionist Nepali guy who hardly speaks any English caveat emptor. No tissue paper in toilet , the room is smelly and outdated , did not feel safe "

"For elderly people a bucket and a mug may be provided for taking bath in bath room."

"NOT A THREE STAR HOTEL (as they advertised) !!! Average Hotel. Very near to Omni bus stand and Vegetable market. Service and maintenance is not up to the standard. Price is bit more to the standard and quality. No restaurant within the hotel."

"The worst hotel u can ever find. 1) Upon check in was Informed at the reception that they can’t accept the booking and they are fully sold out. Time of our check in was around 8.30PM. 2) The person at the reception was drunk and clearly intoxicated. 3) the same person at the reception was extremely rude as he didn’t have an answer while the guest turned up after CONFIRMED Booking. 4) Money gone as there was no way of refund. 5) we had to book another hotel for the night stay "
