"We had to make contact with the host as the hot tub was cold and dirty, we were only able to use it for 1 day, so feel let down.We had to move one of the setees and we then had to clean the floor as there was so much dust and other bits on the floor.As we had young children with us we ate in every night. "We stayed here for 4 weeks over Christmas whilst we were waiting to move into our new place. Paul and Julie were the perfect hosts, leaving us a lovely Christmas hamper and presents and decorations. The place is perfect for two and has everything you need, it is tastefully decorated and spotless. Wonderful shower! Very warm and cosy, we were sad to leave!"

"We had a garden room which is a bit more expensive but the only rooms that allow dogs. Room was nice, serviced daily. Dinner was ok. We thought it was on the expensive side for the quality. The restaurant was busy and we felt a bit rushed. Good breakfast though. The location of the hotel is very good. The train station a few meters away with regular trains to Cromer and Norwich. Also short walk into the village with a nice pub and a couple of restaurants."
