One for comfort seekers.

This is a very luxurious hotel, not inexpensive but a good contrast after Riad stays. Corporate bland design but 7 feet wide beds and lovely bathroom. The restaurants & coffee shop are extremely expensive but you are paying for the space and the service. Lovely people.

Large and very pleasant room. The design of the lobby and common spaces is beautiful. However somewhat let down by inconsistent service (every day something different was missing from the room), treatment cancelled at last minute at the spa and a disappointing breakfast for the price (limited fruit choice & the cook didn’t know how to cook an omelette!). The outside space is also disappointing. The hotel is built over a shopping centre and the outside space is not very pleasant.

A new modern/luxury business hotel close to tramway, rooms are really spacious and clean. I could no figure how/where park my rental car myself, needed to valet. Tried to call room service, no success, so I ended up going down for late dinner, fairly slow and somewhat unhappy service.

Lovely hotel with a brand promoting environmental awareness. The downside to this is the restaurant is French which couldn’t be further from being environmentally conscious with things like eggs in guacamole and milk in hummus. So meat and cheese and dairy heavy is so bad for the environment. Your staff headed up by Malaki F&B manager are delightful and so genuinely happy to be of assistance and treated us exceptionally. I have their names somewhere but can’t place it I’m sorry. The breakfast chef Islamic lady was also excellent. The food in the Asian restaurant is delicious and the head chef and one shaved head waiter were a delight. The manager and man with a cane need to be much more attention to customers instead of constantly moving tables around. It was distracting. The gentleman who checked us in and helped us find a doctor on a Sunday was so helpful and kind. It was his level of customer service and Malaki and his teams level of customer service that will make us book with the Marriott brand in the future. They are all to be commended.

For the RABAT MARRIOTT HOTEL - Sun. Feb 1 to Tue Feb. 3, 2026: The room was clean with an excellent shower and comfortable beds. The breakfast offered a good variety of offerings (the breads and pastries are especially a standout). A valued, convenient feature is the mall which is just next door. It has a food court with options for a casual meal, a supermarket, and many specialty stores. The staff throughout the hotel was friendly, helpful, and with a "can-do" attitude. Oumania, a front-desk staffer, went above and beyond in helping us out and deserves special mentioning. All in all, a wonderful experience. We would definitely stay there again.

The condition of the rooms including the cleanness is great. What lacks is the service. The sink in one of our rooms doesn’t drain and after we told them about this issue, nothing was done. No offer of changing rooms nor fixing of the issue.
