"This is my 5th time staying here over the last few years. The room is always clean, the beds are comfortable the property is well maintained and taken care of the pools are always clean and looking great! The breakfast spread is amazing! Great location for Lake George. Everyone is always very friendly and helpful! From the front desk clerks to the maintenance guy to the custodial staff to the ladies that keep breakfast clean, tidy and the food full and fresh! Definitely feel like family there! The ladies remember my family every visit :) thank you all! Can't say enough about this place!"

"We had such a wonderful stay at the Queensbury Hotel. The hotel was beautiful and our room was lovely and immaculately clean. The staff were great and the bar and restaurant were excellent! Our breakfast both mornings was superb! Everything was beautifully prepared and so incredibly fresh! The location was quiet and just a 20 minute drive to Lake George. So if you want to stay a little bit away from all the busy traffic on the lake, staying in Glens Falls was the perfect location!"

"This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Everything was well maintained. There was not even a single view of dirt buildup in the corners of the baseboard on the floor, one of the things I love is the design of the pulldown shades that are framed into the window. I will definitely be returning my issue. Honestly is the small television maybe it’s just because I have a movie theater in my home and 75 TVs elsewhere on my properties otherwise I give this place I will 1 million stars."

"Everybody including the desk clerks, the maintenance people, housekeeping, and the young lady that handled the breakfast prep, etc. all did a fantastic job. We felt very welcomed. The breakfast had a great assortment in a nice area of the facility and everything was clean and fresh. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The facility was quiet. The facility was also convenient to local attractions and businesses. We would definitely stay here again. The staff is wonderful and obviously very hard-working. Hats off to all who keep the place running."
