Logement agréable, fonctionnel avec un jardin. Il y avait un lit bébé et une poussette. On a pu dormir à 2 adultes, 1 enfant et un bébé. Il y a la mer à 2min à pied avec une plage en cailloux. Il y a un supermarché à 5min à pied. Il y a pleins de places de parking devant le logement.

Nette kleine Wohnung, liebevoll eingerichtet. Auch der Garten war sehr schön. Vermieterin sehr hilfsbereit. Nur WLAN hätten wir uns gewünscht. Aber alles in allem zu empfehlen.

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir waren im August mit zwei Kindern bei Delfine in der Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht (Grill, Außendusche etc.). Die Vermieterin ist eine sehr nette Frau, die bei den hohen Temperaturen im August sogar zusätzlich ein neues Klimagerät im Schlafzimmer eingebaut hat. Das war wirklich top. Vielen Dank nochmal!!! Auf dem Grundstück wohnt die Vermieterin mit ihrer Familie (keinesfalls störend und alles abgegrenzt), dem Hund Scott (den man nicht bemerkt) und Schildkröten (die ab und zu im Garten vorbeilaufen). Die Unterkunft liegt ziemlich zentral. - ca. 20 min vom Flughafen Elmas - verschiedenste schöne Buchten sind in 10 - 20 Min zu erreichen. Was auch sehr schön war, dass in 5 Min. ein Spielplatz vorhanden war. Den haben wir fast täglich aufgesucht. Eingezäunt, viel Schatten und alles grün. In zwei Gehminuten ist der MD Supermarkt. Insgesamt eine schöne Unterkunft die meiner Meinung nach zentral liegt. Ein Auto fanden wir sehr komfortabel.

Casetta al mare molto accogliente

Casetta indipendente molto vicina alle spiagge del Poetto e a mezz'ora da quelle di Villasimius. La casa è pulita e attrezzata di tutto quello che serve per cucinare e c'è anche un bel giardino per cenare all'esterno durante le calde sere d'estate. Supermercati bar, ristoranti e locali molto vicini. I proprietari sono gentili e pronti a dare consigli.

2 Wochen Urlaub

Der Aufenthalt war gut, das einzige Problem ist ohne Auto oder Ähnliches die Umgebung zu erkunden. Die Busse fahren sehr unregelmäßig und lange bis nach Cagliari, und die nächsten Strände sind mind. 30 min Fußweg entfernt. Man wohnt also wirklich in einem Kaff das einzige was es dort gibt ist ein kleiner Supermarkt. Die Vermieterin wohnt mit auf dem Grundstück, lässt einem aber genügend Privatsphäre. Ansonsten ist die Ferienwohnung an sich top, alles sauber und nichts großartig kaputt und die Gastgeberin auch wirklich hilfsbereit. Nachts muss man Lärm gewohnt sein, der Hund der Vermieterin bellt manchmal stundenlang noch draußen und die direkt daneben liegende Straße ist auch um 3 Uhr von Motorradfahrern, die mit Gas spielen, beliebt. Strom ist vor Ort zu bezahlen, am Anfang wird der Stromzähler zusammen abfotografiert und am Ende ein Betrag berechnet.

Ein wundervoller Urlaub

Wir haben 10 Tage bei Delphine verbracht und alles war wunderbar. Eine sympathische Gastgeberin, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr unkompliziert. Das kleine Häuschen ist liebevoll eingerichtet, und sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der schöne Aussenbereich. Die schöne Gartenlaube, die Zitronenbäume und die Aussendusche und der Grill waren perfekt. Ausserdem gibt es auch 2 süße Schildkröten im Garten, sehr zur Freude unser beiden Kinder. Besonders froh waren wir um die Klimaanlage;-). In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein gut sortierter Supermarkt. Für alles andere sollte man ein Auto dabei haben. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr gelungenen und entspannenden Aufenthalt. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Lovely Place

Our stay at Delphines place was very nice! Perfect location to be in a quiet area but also not to far away from Cagliari and the beaches. The contact with Delphine was very nice, and she always helpful and react quickly when we had questions.

Perfekte Lage um den Süden Sardiniens zu erkunden

Schöne Unterkunft, sauber und hat eine schöne Terrasse und einen Garten mit Zitronenbäume wo man abends noch ein Gläschen Wein geniessen kann. Auch eine Grillmöglichkeit ist vorhanden. Delphine war eine sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

La vacanza perfetta

L'appartamento corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione anzi ancor di più dal vivo..Appartamento dotato di tutte le comodità con tanto giardino e la possibilità di stare all'aperto sia per mangiare che per riposare su un comodo divano.Ingresso indipendente e comodo parcheggio davanti alla proprieta.Ma il nostro ringraziamento particolare va a Delphine e Roberto per l'accoglienza e l'aiuto prestato in un paio di " incidenti" di percorso che abbiamo avuto durante il nostro soggiorno.Da perfetti sconosciuti ci hanno accolto come se ci fossimo conosciuti da sempre. Sicuramente una vacanza indimenticabile e un posto dove tornare sapendo di essere accolti e "coccolati" da persone speciali e di trovare un ambiente accogliente che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa nostra.Maurizio e Silvia Mascanzoni

Logement sympathique et pratique

Nous avons passé un bon séjour. Le grand jardin était très appréciable avec ce qu'il faut pour manger dehors et nettoyer au retour de la plage. C'est un peu à l'écart de Cagliari même mais les commerces sont juste à côté et les bonnes plages sont à 10-20 min en voiture. Il est juste dommage qu'il ne soit pas noté dans l'annonce que l'électricité est à payer à la fin du séjour en fonction de la consommation réelle. Cela serait plus pratique qu'un forfait soit inclus dans le prix.

Location decentrata ma ottima x visitare tanti luoghi

Io,mio marito e x nove giorni anche mio nipote ci siamo trovati bene. Avevamo a disposizione un giardino tutto x noi...i proprietari abitano di fianco ma sono persone molto rispettose ed educate,era come non averli.....non li sentivamo mai se non perché ero io a cercarli x qualche informazione. Le spiagge di li a 20 minuti di auto sono una più bella dell altra. Ottima locazione x chi cerca riposo e tranquillità!

Location bien située

La propriétaire est charmante et sympathique. Malgré une température extérieure élevée, la maison est agréable grâce à la climatisation ( dont nous payons l' électricité consommée à la fin du séjour). Dommage qu'il n 'y avait pas de Wi-Fi. Bon point de départ pour visiter les environs proches de Calgari et les plages qui sont facilement accessibles. Je recommande cette location.

Très bon séjour

Location très agréable pour découvrir la région de Cagliari et les plages paradisiaques de la Costa Rei et de Villasimius. Accueil chaleureux (et en français....!), petite maison impeccable avec un jardin et de magnifiques citronniers. La clim est indispensable et le plus : la glacière à disposition pour les pic-nics. Merci Delphine !

Tranquillità, pulizia e proprietaria adorabile

9 giorni per una vacanza improvvisata, ci siamo trovati benissimo, soprattutto grazie alla proprietaria, comunicativa, attenta, premurosa e disponibile. La casa è tenuta benissimo e si trova in una zona davvero tranquilla.

Nice gardenhouse in an orchard of lemons

The garden house was really nice, between lemon trees. The apartment has a living kitchen with table and a pull out sofa, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a shaded Veranda that looks out to the lemon trees with bbq and outdoor shower and fresh spices. Everything was very clean and home owner friendly. We enjoyed the time with our two kids very much. We had a problem with a broken bed lath and it got fixed right away. Thank you again!! We would recommend a car to go to the beaches and to start your activities. The location itself is a bit of a lonely spot, not very lively, like a side street. Don’t expect to be in the middle of a city. Home owner lives next door, but we always had our privacy. The pictures are a little outdated. Backyard looks different now and we didn’t see a swing or hammock, that we thought would be nice for our kids. The garden to the home owner is fenced now, maybe because of the dog, who is really friendly btw. We loved the two turtles. Note: There is no WiFi, only for emergencies. Don’t forget your mosquito spray, quite useful in the evenings. Thanks to home owner there were citronella thingies and anti-bite in the apartment and all windows have mosquito nets.

Perfect Relaxing Stay, No Better Place To Chill Out & Rediscover Ourselves.

The small bungalow consisting over a large bedroom, Kitchen/dining room, plus shower/toilet was the perfect stay for me and my recuperating ill wife. The bungalow internally was well equipped and met all our needs during our week long stay, outdoor & externally it was beautiful with complete privacy and lovely greenery and the pergola was a absolute godsend and was used to its full advantage every evening where me and my wife would spend many hours sitting outside in there under candle and low lighting talking and eating, until the very late evening. Delphine the host was literally a few metres away in her own home, and we literally would have never have know she was there as she totally respected our privacy and was very discreet, but was always there to help or answer questions when called upon. The area and location itself is very quiet and I totally recommend a car or any transport to get about and see & view the local area, there is a well stocked supermarket literally 200 metres away from the property, to supply all our food and cleaning needs. The sea itself is approx 400 metres away but there is no beach to speak off, but there is superb beaches with in driving distances but again transport is needed. As mentioned due to the stresses of life and the fact my wife as been recovering from breast cancer this was the perfect location for my wife to recuperate, both of us to rediscover ourselves and fall in love again, Delphine was the perfect host as was her two daughters and became more of a friend than a host and i can only thank her very much for her hospitality, friendship and lovely nature. Also as mentioned the property met all our needs in everyway and the outdoor surroundings is what totally attracted us to this property and if there was to be any criticism is that the wi-fi is a bit patchy otherwise perfect. I totally reccomend this property if you want to get away from the hussle and bussle of life and chill out, But you have to travel out a little bit further to seek out a bit of adventure such as Cagliari or Pula or the local beautiful beaches.
