Get ready to be greeted at the entrance by our splendid Design Swimming Pool heated from May to October, with a temperature of 27/28 degrees, by the 5-seater Jacuzzi (adjustable water temperature up to 38 degrees centigrade) with sofas and a huge garden surrounded by greenery, perfect for those who love outdoor sports even on holiday with their children.

Equipped with a huge terrace with two dining tables, outdoor sofas and deckchairs, ideal for relaxing in the evening with the sound of the sea waves and the sea breeze. You will also find a new barbecue at your disposal suitable for cooking meat and fish outdoors.

Immediately after there is the kitchen with electric ovens and microwave, induction hob and coffee machine already provided. Equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and minibar. Private chef on request.

There are 4 bedrooms, 2 with double beds (a French bed and a king size bed) with memory foam pillows, and 2 bedrooms with single beds, for a total of 9 beds. Each double bedroom also has a private bathroom and Smart TV. You will find different types of pillows to satisfy every need and clean sheets.

An important part of the house are the 3 bathrooms with emotional shower for a SPA effect. A welcome kit is included. Outside there is a fourth bathroom, ideal for taking a shower when returning from the beach before entering the house.

As a service included in the price, there is also a personal concierge available 24 hours a day, for various services such as booking a restaurant, taxi or loading and unloading luggage
