"Clean room is better. Staff only on in the staff very good to help you but some of them ouff... i need emergency i call they dont pick up its not my problem but he never call back however i need big emergency i was not happy. the person behind the phone did not care when i tell her why she did not pick up or call back for this i im not give not to the staff.however one of them is helpfull.Breakfast is ok."

"False advertising! Stay away! This hotel is not at the airport as indicated. The pickup location was at the domestic terminal, 15 mins away by shuttle bus that i had to wait 15 mins for. Once there, difficult to find driver. 25+ mins trip away from airport to hotel. This is not located at the airport as indicated. Refused to refund extra nights when i left early as i needed to be at airport for early flight, and did not want to have to wrestle with unhelpful staff. Breakfast buffet terrible - poor selection in western and chinese quisine - more like school camp breakfast"
