"Avoid this place ! I rarely leave negative reviews but I am complelled to warn others.
This hotel is right in the middle of the 'all night party area' of PyeongTaek. Screaming, yelling, drinking, loud talk, etc...most all evening and early morning. The neighbors on adjoining and upstairs rooms, sounded like they were practicing Sumo wrestling.
Staff was gone most of the time and after 5 pm, forget getting any help. The one time, we did get someone to answer the phone, they spoke no English.
No instructions on how to log into the wi fi and it failed the first night with nobody to help. I had to use another vacant wi fi from a different room to get any internet.
Only got two bags of tea to start with..no coffee, sweetener, or milk.
Room was not cleaned the following day, trash emptied, bed made up, no replenishment of tea...nothing done at all.
Could not get the tv to work...again, no help from the staff.
No coffee or tea in the lobby area at all.
Would never stay again and would never recommend this place to anyone !"
