"Everything about our experience was great. Nikki, the host, was attentive to any questions we had, very kind and accommodating.The location is wonderful, just 15 minutes to Sugarloaf mountain, 19 to Sandy Beach. The house is very spacious! Super clean, beautifully decorated, the kitchen is vastly equipped. There were a lot of board games. We had a whole day of rain and we gad much fun staying in. We are definitely coming back. This is the beat experience we have had with vacation rentals."

Paradise on the Little Red River and prime trout fishing!

"Nice quiet stay. We came during the week and there were no renters in the cabins on either side of us. We enjoyed walking in to the Little Red River and trout fishing even though they weren’t biting. It was in close proximity to grocery shopping as well as local restaurants and sites including Greers Ferry Lake. Squirrels, birds, and deer were abundant and we saw an occasional eagle fly by. Very relaxing. I would recommend this location and cabin if you want peace and tranquility. The host even helped us find a great guide to fish the lake. Thanks so much for that. I cannot recommend Fish Greers Ferry or Cody Smith enough. Top notch guide and excellent time fishing! We will definitely come back."

"I paid for a king room and got a full size bed I was told breakfast was omelettes and waffles and muffins The omelets were frozen in a Ziploc bag in the refrigerator next to the yogurt The apple juice was old the muffins in a package were stale three pillows for two people on a full size bed one pillow was considered half a pillow as it was not there The room was filthy floor was sticky or tiles were coming up the shower was dirty nasty had dirt ring around it stay two nights and didn't change our towels out and also there was no TV remote in the room ask the front desk girl she gave me another remote and all it did was power on and power off the TV could not flip channels The side door to the building key access did not work had to walk around around the building to get in The phone room did not work The hallway smelt like pee when you walked down to get to your room door and the inside of the room every time we exited and entered it smelled like mildew there's black mildew sleeping through the ceiling in the bathroom will never stay there again. Do not recommend worst super 8 I've ever stayed at"
