"Great communication. Very cute place to stay. Love the balcony view of downtown. Great coffee shop next door. The unit is upstairs (beautiful staircase), which was not a problem for us. Only stayed 1 night but I would definitely stay here again if I need to stay overnight in Monett."

"I loved our stay, it was cozy comfy and such a beautiful view! I am already planning my next visit. The owners are so sweet and friendly, highly recommend!!"

"Very clean comfortable and absolutely beautiful. "

"Room was clean and "

"Let me first brag on the staff at this establishment. The gentleman that was the on-site staff went above and beyond to accommodate us beyond our expectations. One issue we had was the disappointment of only two bathrooms, though they were nice, there were only two. had we known before hand, not sure we would have booked. We had our dog with us, so we really enjoyed the walking trails and natural areas. We had 9 tent campers next to us who did not respect the rules of 10:00 pm - 8:00 am...

"The house is very spacious for our large family. Also, they have some game for our family for some entertainment. There are plenty of towel for us. All bed is nice, the shower water pressure its a bit light. Overall, our family enjoy our time at this family ranch house. Our host serena is very considerate for our update of our groups few days before our stay. Our host very great with communication"
