"The hotel itself is fantastic. The rooms are beautiful and well maintained, the amenities including the gym and spa are both outstanding. Carlos who provided service by the beach was incredible. However, most things were 85% done correctly meaning everything was kind of off. The butler service was lacking. They offered reservations for dining and golf that they later could not fulfill including a room service order that came an hour late. Orders at breakfast were slightly wrong. When alerted of this, the staff (especially Fatima and Giovanni) did their best to make it right, but it did have us saying they need to make changes to get guests to return to the property."

"Excellent experience! Owner was very responsive with questions, the concierge was extremely helpful in planning funning outings from restaurants, catamaran trips, snorkeling excursions and great beaches to take advantage of. The 6 person golf cart was great. Highly recommend the chef for morning breakfasts!"

"We had such a wonderful stay in Punta Mita! The property was beautiful, clean, and the perfect place for our family to relax and enjoy everything the area has to offer.One of the highlights was how incredibly helpful and responsive both the property manager and concierge were. They made everything easy, from answering questions to helping us with arrangements and recommendations, and we truly felt well taken care of throughout our stay.The location was also fantastic. Being so close to the Sufi beach club was such a bonus.Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would absolutely love to come back. Highly recommend!"

"First Visit, Already Home My daughter and I stayed at the Four Seasons Punta Mita for the first time, and our experience was absolutely wonderful. From the incredible pool and beautiful surroundings to the impeccable cleanliness and exceptional staff, everything was truly amazing. What stood out most was how welcomed and comfortable we felt throughout our stay. It genuinely felt like a home away from home. We loved every minute of our visit and will definitely be back soon!"

"Can’t say enough great things about our stay at Casa Kalika. Everything was beyond our expectations. We stayed 5 nights with 8 adults, 4 kids aged 2-8 2 babies, so there was a decent amount of logistics that had to get taken care of. Miriam was excellent at communicating ahead of arrival and helped set up rental cribs, pool fence, extra golf cart, diapers etc plus figuring out meals at the house and making our dinner/golf reservations. Upon arrival everyone was there to greet us. Freddy took care of basically everything we needed. Yuri did an excellent job of keeping all our rooms fresh and was flexible about cleaning rooms when we were out. Janet made every meal delicious and great variety, as well as snacks and anything else we asked for. Miriam stayed in constant contact, and helped with finding nannies for us on short notice after we found the kids club in Punta Mita not so great in the off season. This place has excellent reviews for a good reason. Can’t wait to come back!"

"Everything about this house was wonderful! The Concierge, the Housekeeping staff and the cookwere all lovely and thr food delicious. The location is outstanding and I did appreciate no extra security once you’re inside the gates. The golf cart that is supplied works really well and is a six person. Location of this is perfectly located to other areas. The beds were very comfortable, the air-conditioning worked great and the finishings are as exactly as pictured if not better. Book this house now!"

"We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. Our concierge, Sandra, was super helpful and our housekeeper, Brenda, could not have been more lovely and helpful. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. But please beware, there are MANY additional fees when staying in Punta Mita, and I mean MANY! Security is super tight (which we appreciate). "
