The location is outstanding and I did appreciate no extra security once you’re inside the gates. The golf cart that is supplied works really well and is a six person. Location of this is perfectly located to other areas. The beds were very comfortable, the air-conditioning worked great and the finishings are as exactly as pictured if not better. Book this house now!"

"First off, Punta Mita is an absolute paradise with two fantastic and challenging golf courses, two beautiful resorts, and five beach clubs. As for our stay at X6, it was seamless throughout the entire process. Adriana, our concierge, made sure everything was booked including tee times, ziplining, surfing lessons, dinner reservations, groceries, and our welcome lunch! Rosa made some exquisite lunches and the place always looked immaculate. We loved cruising around the property and into town on the golf cart and we plan to come back for Spring Break next year!"
