Other than the security concerns below, overall this is a nice accommodation. Not too far from the city centre, great price, and a simple but decent breakfast. Room was comfortable. There were two issues however, that might make me try a new place next time. Although the quiet hours were after 11pm, there was significant noise in the common area until 12:30am and starting again at 7am when we were there. This may not be something the hostel can control though. More importantly, however, it seems that some keys open multiple rooms. At 11:45 pm, while we were sleeping, we heard someone trying to open our door with a key. It didn’t quite work smoothly, and we were calling out that this was an occupied room. He kept trying, however, and with some pushing, a large man forced the lock and door open. He did seem apologetic when he saw me in bed and quickly closed the door again but that was not the most comforting experience. We also told the hotel we wanted a taxi at a certain time, and the taxi never showed up. The replacement taxi they called took 45 minutes to arrive. Luckily we had budgeted extra time for the airport. Other than these issues, a good stay for a great price.

Really nice hostel with great ocean views. Cozy and inviting common area and quite nice facility overall. The rooms are quite warm and felt a little like a sauna and the breakfast was just bread and cheese and deli meat essentially but seems to be the common hostel breakfast. Would stay again for sure

It was very nice, the common area is very cozy and people there was very friendly. The area does not have restaurants or shops nearby, so it's not so comfortable with rainy and cold days

Um verdadeiro achado na Patagônia

A acomodação é bem localizada, fica perto de frente para um parquinho de crianças e para o estreito de magalhães, mas parece que você está de frente para o oceano. Fiz quase todos os passeios caminhando e conheci todos os pontos turísticos da cidade, inclusive a zona franca que não vale tanto a pena os preços. O custo benefício foi muito bom e a estadia atendeu todas as minhas expectativas. Os quartos são confortáveis, apesar de não serem oferecidas toalhas e as roupas de cama serem de tamanhos inadequados para os colchões. Ambiente agradável, bem decorado, limpo e bastante aconchegante. Os atendentes são indiferentes à sua presença, mas os hóspedes geralmente são maravilhosos. Foi tudo lindo. Um verdadeiro achado na patagônia.
