Sunset Beach House is just one of our 15 getaways here in Michigan! In spring, enjoy the vibrant blooms and greenery. Summer brings fun opportunities to enjoy on the water—boating, swimming, and soaking up the sun. Fall allows for scenic walks through the nearby Allegan State Game Area or savoring the sweetness of locally-grown apples freshly picked from one of the many local orchards. Of course, winter offers skiing, sledding, ice skating, and plenty more snow-filled fun.
We’re 10-15 minutes from Crane’s Orchards and Dutch Farms, famous for amazing pies and fruit picking. Fenn Valley Winery offers tastings and tours just a short drive away. Antique lovers will find that the area harbors a treasure trove of stores in nearby South Haven, Allegan, Douglas, and Saugatuck. Summer brings the chance for Saugatuck dune rides, exploring the Lake Michigan shoreline on South Haven & Saugatuck's beautiful beaches, exercising up and down the scenic local biking trails, and sharing in the bounty of locally-grown fruit galore: savor freshly-picked cherries, blueberries, raspberries, and peaches.
