"The hotel rooms were clean and tidy but the showers need new sealant as there were mould spots. The outside area let it down massively. The pool area was a mess, broken tiles pool liner coming away, steps broken and paintwork peeling. The gardens were extremely messy, leaves everywhere covering chairs pathways poolside area. Grass needed cutting, just looked derelict. Shame because if this was tidied up it would be a really lovely, peaceful place to relax."

"À mon arrivée, après avoir survécu à un traumatisme atroce, je suis allé faire des courses en Uber ; j'avais interrogé la jeune femme à la réception, mais elle n'a voulu me donner aucune réponse. Certes, nous sommes à l'ère de Google, mais je me fiais à ce que je ressentais au fond de moi, en lien avec Dieu. J'ai donc cherché un endroit appelé « Cocci » — qui, dans mes souvenirs, était lié à Carrefour et devait donc disposer du Wi-Fi — mais ce n'était pas le cas. À mon retour, je me suis retrouvé bloqué dehors : j'ignorais l'existence d'un couvre-feu, car on avait pris soin de ne pas m'en communiquer les horaires. Aucune de mes clés ne fonctionnait, aucun code ne marchait. Tout cela visait à observer ma réaction alors qu'on me plaçait, en tant qu'étranger, dans une situation quasi impossible ; on voulait voir comment je réagirais face à votre cruauté — je le répète : votre cruauté, votre indifférence et votre haine absolue à mon égard. Et n'oubliez pas : malgré tout cela, j'ai surmonté l'épreuve sans perdre mon calme, sans m'énerver et sans vous crier dessus. Je suis rentré dans ma chambre et, laissez-moi vous le rappeler, au bout du compte — après cette lutte et tous vos efforts pour me nuire — je vous aime toujours. Vous savez, depuis mon arrivée, je vous ai signalé à trois reprises le problème de la chasse d'eau qui coule sans arrêt. By all means sweetheart normalize your crime and your thugs"

"The note is extremely well place in Fontaibleau. The staff are helpful and courteous, The Spa is charming,, the water warm. the sauna clean. II had a suite which was very well airconditooned. The bathroom was large with bath and a spare shower."

"Très bonne expérience grâce à notre hôte qui s'est montré très sympathique, professionnel et nous a offert un accueil soigné. La maison est plus bien plus spacieuse que sur les photos, les chambres et salle de bains sont très propres. Tout est équipé, il y a juste à poser les valises. Le jardin est spacieux, tout l'équipement barbecue est disponible et il y a une terrasse éclairée pour le soir. Merci beaucoup !"

"Great location to Chateau Fountainbleu - my reason for the trip. Breakfast was very nice and beautifully set up. Room was comfortable. Only thing is the two flights of stairs to walk."

"The staff was lovely, the bed and pillows are very comfortable. The road noise is surprisingly quiet, but bedroom doors are quite loud. Shower pressure is a bit weak but does the job.The hotel doesn't have a restaurant so you get a voucher to eat at the nearby food places, which is helpful. Unfortunately, the iron to steam our clothes was not available anymore. The access to the hotel is a bit complicated: if you follow your navigation, it will make you use the motorway and do a back and forth. But there is an access the hotel without going through the motorway, look for road D225 out of Nemours."
