"Wonderful staff. They really pay attention to detail and ensure the property is clean at all times. However, the hotel is old and in need of a facelift. The rooms are clean but very dated. The rooms also lack proper ventilation. The room constantly felt moist and smelled damp. The complimentary breakfast is wonderful and the staff is very attentive. The furniture in the dining area is weathered though. The trays and cutlery are visibly worn. The carpet, while clean, is worn and weathered. The positives and all praise goes to the staff. The negatives and need for upgrades fall on corporate."
