Casa del Jardín. 5-star exterior. Beach 400m

"We had a fabulous two week stay at Casa del Jardin and from the moment we arrived, it felt like a home from home.The property was spotless and everything you could need for a holiday was there. The outside space is amazing with plenty of options for sun or shade so we were able to enjoy spending of time relaxing in the garden and eating all our meals outside. As for the pool, well that was the star of the show! Perfect to get some lengths in and cool off! And all kept immaculate by the fab team who maintain the gardens and pool. The information booklet Andrew and Maria provide is excellent and has some great ideas and useful tips for places to visit, restaurants and general things to see and do. A great area and being within walking distance of the beach and a superb little beach bar is a definite bonus.Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a haven in the sunshine!"

"We were a group of 11 (six adults, two teenagers, three children) and had a great time at Rafael's villa. It was brilliant to have, essentially, three separate but connected houses all connected to one large communal space. Location was nice and quiet - you'll need a car - but in less than 10 minutes' drive you were at large supermarkets and beaches. There's a great beach that's walkable (or only a very short drive) from the property. Rafael was a great host - even though we couldn't communicate very well with him (our fault for not knowing enough Spanish!) we got by with translation apps and he was always quick to respond on WhatsApp. The house had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay - the pool was a great place to relax in when we wanted a more chilled day - and we could drive to many great cities and attractions within an hour. Parking was a little tight (so maybe avoid renting a big SUV!) but once we got the hang of it we were fine. Internet was great in the main house but patchy in the others, but that didn't impact us much. It just meant we didn't use our phones as much and enjoyed the holiday! Thanks Rafael for a great stay."

"Gruphotel Conil Playa was our first ever Adults-only hotel experience and it was nice not having splashing, noisy kids at the pool for a change. This property is only 5-years old, super modern and airy, spacious with beautiful fish sculptures honoring the “Atún Rojo” (bluefin tuna) for which this region is famous. Our partial sea view room with balcony was beautiful. The breakfast buffet was better than any we’ve ever seen, including bottles of open Cava (Spanish bubbly) that can be paired with nearby orange juice for a Mimosa, if desired. Made to order omelette station or ready-made freshly fried eggs (instead of scrambled eggs under a hood). We enjoyed a lovely lunch at the Snack Bar and a dip in one of their multiple pools and sun bathing. Our beach time was with friends in nearby Palmar, so we didn’t walk down the path (and stairs?) to the hotel’s nearby beach. This is a hotel and chain that we will gladly book again in our future travels!"
