"This is a very comfortable and modern hotel that sits across the small coast road from the rocky shore. We had a nice seaview room with a balcony, where we could hear the sound of the sea against the rocks. The hotel has a full service restaurant. The only thing that detracted from our stay is that the hotel is currently cutoff from most of the town's restaurants and bars because the shore road is closed for construction."

"We enjoyed our stay. The property is a bit dated but it is well maintained with spacious rooms and beautiful views. We were warned a couple of times to be extra cautious if we walked off the property. That didn't give us a lot of confidence especially after having just been robbed in Santiago. The staff at the Sheraton was great. We had two rooms, both upgraded and assigned next to each other without us having to ask. Little thoughtful perks like that are truly appreciated. We usually try...

"We loved the large room and the amazing view. It was also walking distance from food and fun and, of course, the beach. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options. The staff was friendly, attentive and helpful. The room smelled like smoke a bit at night, but opening the balcony door helped with that....but some mosquitoes got in that way. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again. "
"Very nice although brief stay. We were able to check in early and were allowed to stay a little later too. Front desk was very nice and helpful. Room was spacious and clean with great views of ocean and hilly town. We used UBER a lot and that worked out great. Area around hotel loaded with restaurants and shops that were well within walking distance."
