"The room had clean sheets but the top throw had holes in it and didn’t look that clean. The tap was hanging off the sink in the room.There was only 1 of 4 toilets working on our floor the others were locked off. The toilet that was working had a very dirty floor and there was no sink or soap anywhere to was your hands. I decided that showering was not an option as that was dirty too. I understand it was very cheap, but I would not recommend it. Cleanliness should be applied. The man on reception was friendly and polite."

"The toilet was dirty. We had to ask someone to clean the splatter behind the seat, which was visible when the lid was closed. They cleaned it promptly after we mentioned it, but some splatter remained. The toilet seat also slid around, making it uncomfortable to sit on."
