"My sister and I planned our trip to your hotel all due to our love for Freddie Mercury. Not only was the hotel filled with pictures of Freddie and Queen, our interaction with Maria was nothing short of amazing! Her bright smile, helpful dinner recommendations and overall warmth was outstanding, four thumbs up and ten stars!!! Maria absolutely deserves the best and all the kudos! Maria should be employee of the year!!"

"Very clean room. Staff all friendly and spoke English and French to us. Excellent location for the lake, train station and all amenities. Good water pressure in the bathroom. Comfortable beds. Corridor looks a bit run down but the rest of the hotel is fine."

"You cannot beat the location. Very close to the train station and right on the main walkway that lines the lake. While I have read others rave about the breakfast, we did not feel the same way. 30CHF was a bit steep. While there was a wide selection of food - pancakes, an egg station, cheese/meet and fruit, we thought most of the prepared food didn't taste that great, just lacked seasoning, but I guess to be expected from a buffet. I think if you are going to get breakfast from here it is almost better to order stuff individually or find a cafe nearby. Other than that, the staff were all very nice, the free coffee, water, candy and popcorn station was a hit with our son and we enjoyed being able to step right out of the hotel and walk down the pathway along the lake."

"30 min walk to U of Laussane, or by bus is around 20 min. Grocery store Aldi right downstairs, and Migro about 5 min walk. Housekeeping is by request, hanging the tag outside the door before noon. Staff is super friendly and helped me with a transit pass. Merci beaucoup a vous !"

"Great place to stay and well situated in the centre of Lausanne. Very attentive staff and the brasserie is a wonderful restaurant to spend quality time with time for lunch or dinner. We come here from the last 10 years and we always enjoy our stay."

"5/5 ⭐️ Excellent location directly across from the train station, which made getting around incredibly easy. A big plus was having air conditioning in the rooms, especially during the summer months. Just be aware that the restaurants are not air-conditioned, so that’s something to keep in mind if you’re visiting during hot weather. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotel was very clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!"

"We have an amazing and relaxing stay at Beau Rivage. The room was very comfortable with lovely amenities. We enjoyed an afternoon by the pool and appreciated the attentive pool staff. Beautiful views of Lake Geneva. Several food options on site. Walkable into town and the path along the lake. All the staff were very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. Thank you for the lovely lemon cake to celebrate my daughter's birthday. It was a wonderful surprise. Highly recommend."
