"Everything looked great until I stepped not the shower, long black hairs all over the shower wall. The rest of the room was clean"

"I cannot believe how big my room was! The pictures do not do justice to how nice this place is. Not only did I have a kitchen, but also a dining table, a club chair, a full-size closet, a full-size couch, and a full-size bathroom! My bed was nice and comfortable. The thermostat made it easy to control the temperature. The staff was incredibly friendly. I didn't often hear my neighbors unless they were leaving their room, and I would hear the door close, but no other noises. It was easy to walk to the aquarium, arena, and canal district. There is a bowling alley one block away for family entertainment. Honestly, the price is right for this kind of room. I have only 2 things that I wish were different. 1) I wish there were a dresser to put my clothes in. The bathroom is huge and could accommodate one. 2) No streaming services on the TV. You got live TV or nothing. You couldn't cast to it, add your accounts, or do anything. To stream from your device, you need an HDMI cable. Neither of these things is a deal-breaker, but I wish I'd known ahead of time so I could plan accordingly. Awesome place."

"We were told ice machine, vending and dryer did not work. Luckily, we did not need any of these items. "

"We had a terrible stay. No one knows how to answer a question correctly and people just point to each other until you’re annoyed enough to call corporate. Then corporate says there should be on site manager. Never heard of it the whole time were there. We were charged TWICE for our stay and no one can tell us why or advise on how to help. We will obviously be calling our bank, but the disregard, gaslighting, and unprofessionalism has stained our family vacation. Have the day you deserve."

"This was a really cute little place with plenty of room for our family of 5. It was just like a little mini house, but located in the serene forest. The beds were comfortable and everything was nice and clean. We’ll definitely return here for another fun family outing!"

"Nice rooms with comfortable beds. Nice pool and hot tub. Toilet in room wouldn’t stop running. Had troubles with the TV in our room, called the front desk and she said she’d be right up but never showed up. After messing with cords and the tv we got it figured out. Shampoo in room empty. Towels at pool were out, we and another guest told the front desk three times, no towels ever showed. It really is a nice place overall just just a few unfortunate issues that stood out."
