"Expedia says property is 0.6m from town, but that’s as the crow flies and it’s about 3k by road. Luckily the hotel runs a shuttle bus but that takes away a bit of flexibility. Worst thing about the hotel by far was the noise. Walls are paper thin so hardly got any sleep from people in other rooms arriving late /departing early. They weren’t being particularly loud but the noise really traveled."

"Overall, the hotel was very good. The views from the room and also from the bar and restaurant is amazing. The food at the restaurant was also exceptional. The only downside is that you are far from the main city centre, however, they do have a shuttle that runs hourly."

"We had an amazing view of the sea from which we dined at our balcony a couple of times. The hosts were welcoming and very friendly. The breakfast was delicious and the dinner was great. They were able to book our tours and arrange transportation from the hotel to the airport/train station. We would highly recommend staying here."

"The hotel was very clean and elegant. Very nice bathroom. The staff both in dining area and check in were very pleasant. You do need to use the shuttle to get to Sorrento as it's located about 3 miles from town. The 0.9 tenths listed might be as a bird flies."

"Beautiful!!"

"The shuttle service was very handy. It was much more quiet than downtown."

"It is a very nice hotel, but it is far away from Sorrento beach and on a mountain. Great views for Sorrento coast and hills. Old property a little bit, but it kept clean and neat. Staff is amazing and breakfast was great!"

"Everything about Hotel Continental was amazing 10/10!!! The property was beautiful, location excellent and service was top-notch! I would highly recommend staying there! Also the rooftop bar was such a nice place to go and unwind and enjoy the spectacular view!"

"Very clean and cheerful. I didn't realize when I made the arrangements that breakfast and dinner were included. I wouldn't think a hotel in Italy would expect you to eat in their restaurant every day and night, so I would rather have the eating plan be an optional add-on. Nice garden outside to walk around in, above the traffic. The only minor complaint is that there is no iron in the room due to "safety concerns". So, if you want to iron clothes, you have to bring them down to the...

"A beautiful boutique style hotel with great attention to detail. The superior room was very spacious and elegant with a lovely balcony looking out on the view of the sea. Bathroom clean and modern. Staff seemed very anxious to help. Meal and service at Don Geppi was incredible-well worth the extra cost to fine at a Michelin Star restaurant. The pool is beautiful but there was no hot tub as promised. The garden is inviting and a pleasant place to relax. Really our only downside was parking on...
