"Getting to the island involved catching the dedicated boat anchored offshore. Prepare to get wet! The journey was over an hour but with great views of Koh Ta Kiev island and others. We were welcomed by volunteers and Giovanni gave us a brief on arrival. We were shown to our accommodation which was just off the beach.
