Fabulous location for an overnighter on our way home from holiday. Large comfy rooms, great breakfast, dinner in the bar was delicious. We even managed a swim before check out. Great stay
Several visits now. Staff and Food always excellent.
The Steam Room in the Spa was Out of Order, which was a shame.
I now mention it every time about the front door, it is so heavy and difficult to open. A motorised power door should be installed.
Also, the state of the car park is atrocious. I don't care that it is a 3rd Party, It is bringing the hotel down.
We stayed 1 night for a stop over while travelling further but are now planning a trip especially to stay at this hotel it was so lovely. The staff were brilliant and it was lovely and clean
Stayed many times so won't repeat except to say the food is always exceptional and the staff are super friendly/helpful.
The Sauna and Jacuzzi were broken on this visit, which was a shame as I was only there one night.
Improvements: The Front Door to the Hotel is SO heavy, could an automatic Power Door not be fitted?
The Parking - Although Third Party needs sorting. The tarmac at the entrance as you turn of the main road is and in the Car Park itself has massive craters in it that will damage your car if this continues.
The hotel was excellent, the spa was also really good. Breakfast was very nice. My room was pretty clean, something left under the bed, otherwise all good. Would recommend and will very likely go back.
Super friendly and helpful staff.
Breakfast and Spa excellent. Room Service Pizza Superbly Tasty.
Bathroom Extra Fan annoyingly stays on for 30 mins after switching bathroom light off which is annoying when you're try to get to sleep. Ice Machine still broken since last visit one month ago.
Always Clean and always a superb breakfast with super friendly/helpful staff.
Shame that the Costume Drying Machine in the Spa Men's Changing Room was not only Out of Order but had been taken off the wall. I hope it comes back as it is an excellent amenity.
The Car Park continues to be very disappointing. I realise it is managed by a 3rd Party not the hotel but there are pot holes everywhere and it is in such a state. It brings the hotel down in my opinion.
Ample free parking breakfast was loverly and constantly restocked items very helpful staff on checking in and managed to give us adjoining room when we asked. Really enjoyed are stay will be back
