"Giannis was very attentive and customer oriented. He actually drove us to our room in 2 groups. The reason I rated the overall trip at 2 stars was the billing problem. I paid the bill in advance through Hotels.com. Dimitri (I’m not sure his role) told me this shouldn’t have happened. He tried to bill me full price again. "Excellent location close to beach and next to good restaurants and coffee places. The historic house is renovated well and the chairs outside are in excellent state. Cleaning is done every day. We enjoyed breakfast at Echinousa and Raventi. We loved the island Kimolos very much. We got around well with the bus. Walking to Chora only takes 10min. There is even a great open air cinema on different places approx 2x week. We enjoyed watching the movies very much. "

"Breakfast was room service and was incredable. Angeliki was the best hostess we have ever seen. She was there at 8am till 10am and did anything you needed. She made our stay extremely comfortable and showed us all the features of the room. The patio and view of our personal pool was first class. Just incrediable. You will have a great stay guaranteed. "The staff at Alexandros Village were the best I’ve ever come across. They recommended restaurants, places to visit, and were extremely friendly throughout our visit. Breakfast was great, the rooms were very clean and spacious. The area was quiet and peaceful. Though, it can be difficult to get to other interesting areas on foot. I recommend renting a car if staying on this property. We walked to the port one day, and it was doable, but debatably unsafe. "
