Visited during summer. Flats have no AC. Requested a fan multiple times but never got it. Also, there’s a children’s day care right underneath the windows and it gets pretty noisy pretty early in the mornings. Internet connection didn’t work. Otherwise the flat was spotless and the location is great!

Bra läge, nära till station och centrum med många restauranger i närheten, utan att vara för centralt med buller, oljud ect. Lite små saker på rummet med disk som vi var tvungna att diska om men i helhet en väldigt bra vistelse. Lite konstigheter med incheckning även då att vi ringde dagen innan, och det fortfarande inte var städat tills klockan 16:00. Utcheckningen gick dock smidigare. För er som reser med vänner eller partners så skulle jag varmt rekommendera detta ställe men kanske mindre för barn familjer. 8/10.

Overbooking... E no, non ti avvisano!!

L'overbooking può capitare... Ma avvisare é fondamentale. Siamo arrivati a Praga e il ragazzo del ricci hotel ci informa dell'overbooking, sottolineando che hanno provato a chiamarci e non trovandoci ci hanno mandato una mail prima che partissimo per avvisarci. Vi assicuro non é arrivato NULLA. CONCLUSIONE: Ci hanno spostato in una casa ancora più lontano dal centro.. con la conseguenza che siamo stati costretti a prendere la metro, il quartiere era praticamente abbandonato e poco sicuro con niente intorno. La casa non ne parliamo. Bagno che puzzava di fogna ogni mattina. Caldaia vecchissima che ha rumoreggiato tutto il tempo. Pareti non insonorizzate .. non abbiamo dormito una sera tranquilla che fosse una. Ah e abbiamo pagato anche le pulizie dell'altra struttura che chiaramente era più alte. Saranno anche belle le stanza del ricci, dalle foto che ho visto... Ma io lascerei perdere questa struttura. Se vi capite l'overbooking NON vi avvisano e se siete fortunati come noi vi mandano in una struttura vecchia lontana dal centro e poco pulita. Fate voi.

La plus horrible expérience de ma vie!

J'ai contacté le propriétaire pour savoir s'il était possible d'arriver en dehors des heures prévues vu l'arrivée tardive de notre vol. Il m'a répondu dans l'affirmative. Les clés seraient dans un lock box dont il m'avait donné le code. Nous arrivons à minuit, prenons possession des clés, entrons dans le bâtiment et là , les clés que nous avions n'ouvraient pas la porte de l'appartement! Propriétaire injoignable par mail ni par téléphone alors qu'il stipule une assistance 24h/24 et 7 jours/7. Nous voilà avec ma femme et ma fille de 12ans à errer à 1h du matin dans un quartier décentré à la recherche d'un endroit pour dormir!!! Après 3 refus d'hôtels (complets), nous en trouvons un. Le lendemain, le propriétaire s'excuse, reconnaît l'erreur. On ne nous avait pas donné les bonnes clés! Il promet être présent le jour du check out et aura de l'argent en liquide pour nous rembourser la nuitée à l'hôtel ainsi que la première nuitée dans l'appartement suite aux ennuis causés. Bien entendu, le jour du check out, personne n'était présent. Il nous téléphone 30 minutes après le rendez-vous fixé en nous disant qu'il y avait des embouteillages et qu'il ne pourrait pas venir. Si vous cherchez des avis sur d'autres sites , vous trouverez d'autres avis mentionnant des non présences du propriétaire dues aux embouteillages lors des rendez-vous fixés. Bref, nous faisons des city trips plusieurs fois par an depuis des années et vous comprendrez que c'est notre pire expérience vécue! Fuyez!

Bardzo udany pobyt w Ricci Apartaments

Pobyt w tym pokoju był udany, bardzo dobrze wyposażone wnętrze, bardzo czysto w pokoju jak i w otoczeniu budynku. W pobliżu wiele barów i restauracji oraz stacja metra, którą w kilka minut można dojechać do centrum Pragi. Przy kolejnej wizycie w mieście, wybiorę właśnie Ricci Apartaments.

Superbe Loft de 50m2 à 250m du métro

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans l'appartement de Ricci, le loft est magnifique et très bien situé car dans un quartier sympa avec restaurant et petit supermarché et surtout à 250m du métro Krizikova. La ville de Prague est superbe. Mr Ricci nous a accueilli et donné des explications sur les sites à voir et visiter, ainsi qu'un Plan de la ville. Il a aussi accepté de changer notre couette trop petite pour un lit 2 personnes. Pour le Check out, nous lui avions demandé si nous pouvions laissé nos bagages jusqu'à 15h car notre avion n'était qu'en début de soirée et il nous a arrangé. Il est revenu à 15h nous ouvrir l'appartement afin que nous puissions récupérer nos valises. Mr Ricci est charmant et très professionnel. Dommage que nous ayons eu du bruit et que nos voisins n'aient pas respecté notre envie de calme et repos. Nous avons dû leur demander de se calmer dans la nuit. D'autre part, il manque certains ustensiles dans la cuisine : une passoire, une casserole, un grille pain et un peu plus de vaisselle...
