From the moment I walked through the door I was impressed.
A warm welcome from Lewis at check in who was friendly and informative.
The room was spacious, clean and well appointed with a decent TV, fridge, good shower, Aircon and opening windows. There were plenty of power outlets (though I would have like to have seen some USBs as well). Kettle and coffee machine. Most importantly, the bed was was comfortable allowing for a much needed good night's sleep.
Breakfast was plentiful and a wide variety of food and drink was on offer to cater for most tastes. In the bar, the service was friendly and efficient. Although the beer choice was limited. The hotel itself is closed to the main shopping area, museums, metro, trams and the main railway station is about 10 minutes walk (add another five or so to walk through the station for the airport express bus). Another feature in the bar is a free pool table, table football and even a free photo machine.
I'd happily stay here again on my next visit to Prague.
