"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming rural school house turned vrbo. The setting is peaceful, beautiful, and incredibly relaxing. Even though it’s conveniently close to a main road, there was very little traffic noise, so it still felt private and serene.One of the highlights was spending evenings in the hot tub with the fire pit glowing right beside us while listening to music and the sounds of nature all around — the chittering of insects, birds, and the quiet countryside...

"The location was perfect, just a short walk from downtown. The Artistic Retreat was exceptionally clean, and the bed was very comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. We especially enjoyed using the sauna, which was an added bonus. During one of our walks downtown, we had the pleasure of meeting the owners. It was fascinating to learn about the history of the property and hear about their impressive artistic backgrounds. We highly recommend the Artistic Retreat."

"The Oreo room was great. It included anything you might need in the kitchen. The hosts were very helpful with any questions we had. The sauna was an added feature that was very relaxing at the end of the day. Location is close to downtown which was a plus.we drove everywhere due to the weather, but you could walk if you wanted.
