This is a charming little family owned hotel in a great location. We had a balcony with beautiful view of the sea. Breakfast was brought to our room every morning with a big “buon giorno”. Vincenzo was always a pleasure to speak with and very helpful . We loved this place.

We loved our time here. Vincenzo is great! The view is breathtaking and the rooms are clean and perfect if you’re looking for a simple stay. It is situated a small step away from all the craziness of the main area and is right above Fornillo beach, so very quiet. We also loved meeting all the cats out on the main road. Breakfast was always on time in the morning too. Will be coming back if we ever find our way to positano.

Keep in mind this is a “room for rent” type establishment. But, the room itself is reasonably large and nice. The room had a large bed, desk, couch table, chair, armoire, refrigerator and a coffee/wine area with a hot water pot. The hotel is not far off the main road on a pedestrian walkway, but you will need to carry your luggage, again not too far, but expect a short walk and steps. The hotel and room were in great condition and clean. The host and staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast service is fantastic. The view from the room and balcony is very nice. The room was furnished nicely and the bed was comfortable. The balcony had three chairs and a cute table along with a lounge chair. The bathroom had updated fixtures and was in modern condition along with a wall mounted hair dryer. Again this is a really clean nice place with attentive and friendly staff. I would recommend this absolutely.

Amazing stay in Positano

Beautiful hotel, amazing views, and perfect location. This was the best place to stay for our trip to Positano and the Amalfi Coast. And the breakfast brought to our room each morning was SO good!

Very clean, and very polite and helpful. Our only issue was that they seem to only give you a new breakfast card when your room is cleaned. We are travelers from New York, so we spent most mornings sleeping in, and the cleaning lady leaves at 12:30 pm, so we never were able to get breakfast past the first day. There are stairs leading right to a more private section of the beach when you turn right from the entrance of the bnb. The front desk gives you free beach towels. The balcony to our room was so cute and perfect. Lovely ocean view.

Extremely highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very comfortable. It was all very clean, the breakfast was perfect, and the view was absolutely amazing.

Vincenzo was fantastic on advising where to go, restaurants etc. The lady that delivered breakfast each morning was a delight. Breakfast on the balcony was fabulous. The 2 guys that own the hotel were really friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this hotel, if come on the ferry make use of the porter for the cases, very hard work up the steps!

Location is up in the hills, which is a walk but near amazing restaurants. We stayed in a partial sea-view room and it was spacious with beautiful views. Breakfast was delicious. Hosts were accommodating and even waited for us since we arrived after check-in hours. We highly recommend booking with them!

Vincenzo was excellent for providing eating recommendations (which was some of the best italian food we’ve ever eaten), the best way to get around the area and was very accommodating with late checkins and early check-outs. The breakfast provided each morning was beautiful on the balconies over looking the ocean and the location was quite at night but still a very easy and quick walk to restaurants.

We loved staying at La Rosa dei Venti. The staff was amazing and the view from our room even better. Breakfast on our patio was a treat each day. A lot of steps to the beach below - but worth the effort. Plenty of restaurants in the area to chose from - hope to come back again.

Our stay was fantastic, the staff were unbelievably helpful with all our questions. They will help book transfers and navigate busses, ferries, and print out schedules for you if you need. The breakfast served every morning was always on point and our room was cleaned daily. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely family-run hotel in Positano. The room was clean, spacious, and offered an amazing sea view. Breakfast served in the room was a great way to start the day. The owners were so kind and helpful. When our ferry was cancelled, they immediately arranged public transportation for us. Everything was comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Positano!

Was a nice place, very clean and a very very friendly host! Would definitely stay here again. Room was nice and cool for when we went in the middle of summer. Breakfast was served to your room which was a nice touch. You can pick what time you want it.

Staff were really friendly and the property was really clean. Our room had a balcony which was nice to enjoy breakfast on as well as looking across the sea and sky. Breakfast was lovely. Location was convenient. 40 steps or so from the main road and a healthy 380 steps or so from the quieter il Fornillo beach.
