"Most amazing hotel and views from our balcony! Positano is stunning and we could not have picked a more magnificent spot. Getting off the ferry (which is absolutely the easiest way to arrive) we had a short walk over a small walking bridge and no stairs to the hotel. (Do not use google maps - local porter showed us the way at no charge) The bellman met us at the bottom of the town stairs and took our luggage (after I went to the front desk so they could send him). "Great location. Amazing room and view of the sea and the town. The staff is incredibly helpful and polite. They booked our excursions when we asked them. Clean place. The only challenge was the steps to get to the hotel. But they offered concierge service to carry the luggage’s up the steps. This was very helpful. Loved the place. We will go back again and again"
