"Whoever wrote a bad review of this place needs their head examined. Location if fantastic - right next to lots of popular spots. Had everything you could want and is super comfortable. Hosts were very accommodating and helped us find parking close by that was reasonable. Try the ice cream shop and cod potato in the restaurants below. Would give them 6 stars if I could. "

"Just spent 3 nights at this beautiful small hotel. Everything was perfect. Our room was spacious, light and spotlessly clean. The bed, pillows and bedding were all so comfortable, and there were some lovely touches, such as a minibar that was restocked everyday, free of charge. There is a small backgarden, a little oasis to relax in when you've had enough sightseeing. Breakfast was fabulous, lovely fresh products and so much choice. "The property makes creative use of its small space in the historic area. We enjoyed our balcony view of the city from our studio. Fresh and new inside with a Roman wall in the back. Staff is wonderful and genuinely helpful. Breakfast is good too. But do not plan to drive or park there. The road is very narrow. We left our car at a nearby parking garage. Wonderful location in the walkable historic district near the river."

"Customer Service was great. Location is walking distance to almost everything. It is right next to Sao Bento train station. It's a newer structure so it has modern amenities. Highly recommended!"

"Lovely boutique hotel overlooking the river. Ideally located for us to spend our time down on the waterfront or go up into the town, plenty to do and see around there. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. We had continental breakfast included in our stay which was great, plenty to choose from and you could order freshly scrambled eggs if that’s your preference. "We had an amazing stay in June as part of our honeymoon. Before arriving we were given a list of recommendations for the city which was fantastic as it was the first time we’d visited. On check in, we were given a map with more help from the reception team with some more recommendations which was greatly appreciated. The room itself was beautiful and we couldn’t have asked for any more! We would highly recommend anyone to stay here"
