This property was so beautiful. Well decorated, clean, near everything and the staff were excellent. They didn’t have their own parking but there was nearby parking that was easy to find and a close walk.

Lovely hotel. Everything was great. Fab room, lively bar, nice restaurant, reception staff welcoming and overall ambience felt very authentic and fitting for the location. Only issue was parking which was v tricky at certain points of the day. We have disabled blue badge and could park on double yellow lines but other guests had to hunt further afield and walk back to hotel.

Nice hotel centrally located to town amenities. Be aware of parking restrictions; got a ticket with no posted warnings. Should be standard hotel instructions given, but was not provided, and dampened enjoyment of our stay.

This hotel strikes a perfect balance between elegant, comfortable, and cute. We especially liked the Marcus theme! The room was not huge, but it was comfortable (especially the beds) and there were ample sockets for devices. The bathroom was great! The room had a smart tv and we were able to use Netflix easily. The location was fantastic, and the staff were warm and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!!

This hotel deserves to be in a class of its own! From arrival to departure everything was excellent. Staff were friendly and exceptionally helpful. The Bar was busy but did not feel crowded as there was sufficient space around each table. The meal in the Asian Fusian restaurant was just superb! All 6 people in our party commented how great it was. The bedrooms were super clean, reasonable sized, and had everything you need to enjoy your stay. Breakfast was great and even the gluten-free member of our party found plenty to enjoy. As a fussy visitor from Canada this hotel ticked all the boxes! This hotel will definitely be on my agenda for my next visit back in Northern Ireland. The only minor issue is the availability of car parking near the hotel. We were lucky and found available spaces on the street immediately outside the hotel, but you may need to park further away.

we where offered another room, both drains where 90% blocked, very helpfull and cleaned filter of shower, worked good, put strong products in both pipes or drains, worked OK the next day...we where eating twice, thursday in the bar, with dogs running around...NOT in a place where you eat...sorry...saturday in the resto, but for the second time rock hard brocolli on my plate...but repeat, breakfast staff, reception staff very helpfull and very nice people....good stay but for a dogfriendly hotel...dogs on the line OK, but barking and running around dogs...NO WAY....not everybody like dogs. sorry again.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights while in Portrush. The hotel is very well located. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The breakfast served in the mornings was very good. The parking is offsite but we had no issue finding street parking close to the hotel. We would definitely stay at this hotel again if we find ourselves in this very beautiful part of the world.

We received a call a few days before our trip asking if we would be willing to upgrade our room (for free) because our designated room was accessibility equipped. We were happy to take the upgrade option and free up the room for someone who may need accessibility features. Our “upgraded” room was so small that I couldn’t walk around my fiancé’s legs to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night without moving him or waking him up. House keeping didn’t come the day we stayed (even though we were out for the majority of the day). There no parking, only street parking so plan to pay for it. The staff were nice. Just make sure you don’t get stuck with the super tiny.
