Step into this modern, tastefully decorated 50m² apartment, ideally located just a stone’s throw from Porto's top attractions, including the iconic São Bento Railway Station.
Stay active during your visit with access to a shared gym within the building, perfect for keeping up with your fitness routine.
Situated on the 3rd floor and accessible via a lift, this apartment boasts an inviting open floor plan. The living room features a cosy double sofa bed, a large widescreen TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table for shared meals.
The fully equipped kitchenette has everything you need to whip up delicious meals, including a stove, oven, and microwave. For your convenience, a dishwasher makes post-meal cleanup a breeze, while a washer, drying rack, and ironing equipment are also available for your laundry needs.
Retreat to the serene bedroom, featuring a queen bed dressed in complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.
The bathroom is stocked with all the essentials, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries.
The property also offers the added convenience of private parking, ensuring that you have a secure space for your vehicle during your stay.

The area is close to the historic centre, so you can easily explore attractions like the beautiful São Bento Railway Station, the iconic Livraria Lello bookstore, and the bustling Avenida dos Aliados.
The apartment is located in a commercial center. The ground floor of the condominium has a supermarket, stores, cafés and services that can be accessed from the condominium's central square. The iconic Bolhão Market is just across the street and Avenida dos Aliados is a 3-minute walk away.
For art lovers, the Serralves Museum offers contemporary art exhibits and beautiful gardens, while history enthusiasts will enjoy the Palácio da Bolsa and its richly decorated rooms.
Porto also offers numerous activities, including river cruises on the Douro, which provide a scenic way to explore the city's waterfront, and food tours, which introduce visitors to local specialities like "francesinha" and pastel de nata.
Public transportation is efficient, with the Porto Metro providing easy access to key areas like the city centre. Taxis and buses are readily available, making exploring Porto and nearby attractions easy.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
