with dining area, barbecue, outdoor shower and sink. It is partly
covered by bamboo canes. Moreover, there is a bathroom with shower.
The holiday home opens into a large dining area with air conditioning, tv and a sofa bed. The corridor divides the living room from the sleeping area, which consists of 1 double bedroom, 1 triple bedroom with double bed and twin-sized bed (if necessary it can be used as triple bedroom with only twin-sized beds) and 1 twin bedroom.
Moreover, there are a bathroom with shower and the kitchenette with
access to the courtyard where there is the second bathroom with shower.

away while the closest beach establishment is 1,5 kilometers away. The
city centre of Torre Lapillo is 400 meters away.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
