This is a well staffed and professionally operated property. Buffet breakfast with many options. Restaurant serves lunch and dinner. Food is excellent and reasonably priced. Service and Wait staff also excellent. My only complaint is that building is old and in need of some maintenance and upgrades. But having said that, I would happily return to this property.

I really hate posting negative reviews but this hotel was extremely unfriendly to foreigners. The shower sprayed water all over the bathroom floor and the toilet leaked water. I could have let that go because the price was fair and the view was beautiful but I really felt unwelcome here. One of the staff members was so rude that I actually checked out of this hotel early and stayed at the Porto Alegre Doubletree instead (Much cleaner and friendlier). Don't waste your money at this place. The manager seemed nice and apologetic and said I would be refunded for the four nights I didn't stay but that didn't happen either. They literally refused to refund my money for nights I didn't stay. I've never in my life been treated so poorly at any hotel.

Os quartos São super gelados e entra vento pelos vaos da parede e janelas. Privada de um dia quartos estava quebrada e precisei chamar manutenção, bem como o aquecedor que estava com o disjuntor desligado. O atendente da recepção bem sem paciência por 2 vezes foi bem grosseiro. Banheiros bem simples e chão encardido. O serviço de quarto é bem ruim, a limpeza foi feita bem mais ou menos, às privadas ficaram sujas depois que às camareiras saíram do quarto. Não recomendo a estadia. Hotel caro e muito mal preservado.

Velho e caro

Hotel caro que não entrega o valor que cobra. É um hotel velho que precisa urgentemente de reforma, ou então, baixar o preço para algo mais em conta. Móveis velhos, porta empenada, isolamento acústico inexistente. Pedi um segundo edredom, disseram que era possível mas não entregaram. O café da manhã é normal, nada demais. O que eu gostei foi que o hotel serviu um café da manhã madrugadão para os corredores da Maratona de Porto Alegre. No geral, a experiência foi bem ruim. Não voltarei a este hotel.

Tudo ok, no geral. Unico problema foi o ar condicionado do quarto que esrava estragado. O tecnico veio arrumar e saiu, dizendo que iria buscar um controle remoto novo. Não voltou e nem justificou o motivo. Passamos frio durante a estadia.
