"The attendant suggested parking in a safe place. We parked and loiters were out checking out my vehicle. In the room it smelled like smoke, the phone didn’t work. I didn’t feel safe at all. There were loiters on both floors. We didn’t stay for more than 5 minutes. Asked for a refund but they needed a manager, the manager only comes when they feel a need to come. This is the third day and I’m still waiting to hear from someone. Definitely the worst reservation I’ve ever made."
