The apartment was clean. The kitchen had a washing machine, which was a plus. The location is great, just a block from the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. Having a parking spot for the car was a huge plus for us. The kids also loved the big pool. Great value! We plan to stay here again in our future trips to Praia da Rocha.

Geeat location and very clean!

Great location and amazing views on 22nd floor ! Short walk to the beach which was perfect. Bars and restaurants nearby. For the price this was a good choice

Our opinion the beach with stairs slightly to right of building was the best in Algarve clean scattering of nature stone formations little surf for families 1 restaurant not like the main beach loved it

My stay

hotel and parking very close to the main shops and bars, Reception staff good English and helpful. Apartment was spotless very clean and good beds and furniture. Only the shower was disappointing, old fashioned , hand held , little pressure.

The apartment was so spacious, perfectly clean, and had easy access to anything we needed. The beaches were close by and a little convenience store was just across the street. Parking was easy. Perfect for a family with kids.

Room is a bit dated but very clean. Pillows need updating, very lumpy. My bedside lamp was held together by duct tape. But great location so i would consider staying again if in Praia da Rocha.

The hotel hallway is dark, light is too dim. Location is convenient, with a mini market and cafe right across the hotel. We booked 2 rooms, only one is with sea view.

Great spot, comfortable stay

This was a great location and a comfortable stay. We upgraded to the 2 bedroom for our family stay and the hotel reception couldnt do enough for us. The pool was big..it says theres a minimarket onsite but i didnt find one however there is a supermarket right opposite. The view was stunning. This was our first stay outside of a 'hotel complex' and we wouldnt hesitate to go back

No the kitchen was missing a few items. I also did not have my emergency kit even though I asked for it several times. Yes the view to the beach was excellent.

The hotel was in a perfect location The hotel was clean The pool needed frequent cleaning and some basic repairs are needed. Stairs going in and intakes with no cover which sucked my arm and left a mark. Our unit did not have a double bed nor water view. it was two single beds, basically told it’s just the luck of the draw it was never promised. Well we had to keep pushing the beda together which was insane as it kept sliding out on ceramic floor and the cleaners kept making it as two single beds, which we had to disassemble. I spoke to the front desk to be moved as soon as a room came available and was told he would notify me. He did not reach out to me about it at all. The unit was missing a few things like a simple dish cloth and some dish soap. Had a wine opener just no wine glassses. The cupboards are pretty bare but I’m not asking for a lot considering what we paid! I was not goin to buy soap and a dish cloth to just end up leaving it there. Overall, we made it work and focused on our vacation not the hotel. I would recommend this place but make sure you are getting what you paid for.
