"They just opened a new building which didn’t have a front desk you had to go to the old one which is just next door and no problem. My main problem was the size of the room and the toilet had problem. Overall it was a good stay"

"This is the perfect hotel for exploring Milan. It’s only a short walk or tram ride from the city centre and all the attractions, in a quieter part of town. The rooms are very well appointed and there is a fabulous breakfast buffet and restaurant, but what stands it apart are the incredible staff. They are so friendly, helpful and attentive, and nothing is too much trouble. We couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough. "

"If you're looking for an untraditional stay - this is definitely the place. The staff were very friendly and the room was very standard. However, it felt more like you were in a WeWork space because to get to the actual rooms you have to walk through a gallery, restaurant, gym/spa and then up some stairs (the electricity on the side of the building where the rooms are isn't working so the elevators don't work).
