Very comfortable. The lady working the breakfast room does amazing, she was working very hard and was so attentive and kind! Breakfast was lovely and the coffee was very good. We enjoyed our stay.

The check in process was shocking. We walked in, needed 2 rooms and needed to book for the week and he qouted us a price $100 a night higher than Expedia. So we stood there and booked it through Expedia. He didn't even offer to match. He was not very friendly. He didn't even smile. The elevators were broke, which we were told after we paid. Not such a big deal. My TV and AC didn't work. I had to call the front desk. It was fixed quickly. The gentleman that worked the night shift was very nice. The cook was nice although we didn't utilize the free breakfast. The morning clerk was grumpy every day and not once did he acknowledge you when you left every morning. Room was clean. I would give a 3.5
