"The home was completely redone and appliances were great. But….first and foremost there were no smoke or carbon monoxide detectors. Connected with owner dropped shipped arrived two days later. No safety rails in either bathroom. Furniture was poor quality and vary sparse, no lamps, no dressers, black mold in big bedroom closet, cockroach in the kitchen. Kitchen table bench was damaged. Mop used to clean floor needs to be replaced. A house book with details about staying there, WiFi, local attractions. etc. Upgrade the towels as many of them had stains. no local tv stations. "

"This was a good stay. The hotel is rather plain and somewhat worn. But it is clean enough. My room was a suite. It was outstanding with a balcony facing the beach, multiple rooms, multiple TVs, fridge, microwave and a great view inland which showed the channel boats passing. Rarely have I ever been in a room so complete and comfortable. I spent a lot of time just laying in the comfy room and listening to the ocean. But I am sure that not all rooms are this complete. The breakfast was okay at best with very few items that appeared appetizing. The pork sausage was good and the coffee was good. That is it. The pool area was on the small side with the best thing about it being that you could access the beach quickly by walking through it. I thought the gym was very good for this type of hotel at this price point. The wifi did not work well and I mainly bypassed it and used 5G UW that is available in the area. The parking was tight and they charge you $10 a night which was not classy. But it seemed secure. Lastly one of the two fire escapes did not work on my level which was disturbing and probably illegal. I told that staff about it but they did not fix it. That was not cool. But overall I liked this hotel though it did feel a little worn and grungy. I would definitely stay there again particularly if I can get the suite again. "

"Great place to stay for Artemis II Launch and Kennedy Space CenterThe property was very clean and the neiborhood was quiet and safe. No dogs barking. The pool was heated as we asked to 85 degrees and was a big plus. What we apreciate the most was the sunroom. We were there as soon as we arrived from our first day to the last one. Breakfeast, lunch and diner were taken there. The house is well furnished. The mattreess were very comfortable, the internet was great and the kitchen well furnished. On top of that, Margaret was very responsive. Overall communication with her was easy and she respond within minutes. Thanks you so much Margaret for our stay."

"The pool and the Koa fish were enjoyable everything was there you could want and need the area was calm and relaxing and close to plenty of restaurants and stores. Beach wasn’t too far away either. Thanks for providing the coffee never does anyone have decaf a realPlus. Also plenty of TV channels to watch. Thanks "

"The unit was a great space and very comfortable. It was a surprisingly quiet area, even with some road noise. The surfaces of the unit were extremely clean but the floor was not cleaned in some time and we had to clean it several times ourselves (by our own choice), since we have a toddler. The host was made aware and I am certain he has taken all the steps necessary to make sure they are thoroughly cleaned and maintained in the future. Every major amenity was there as advertised but the washer and dryer do need maintenance, which again, I am sure will happen. The host was very kind and checked in with us a few times. We do hope to be back."
