"Sehr schöne Unterkunft, traumhafter Ausblick, schöne voll klimatisierte Zimmer, top neu sanierte sanitäre Einrichtungen und sehr schöner Pool um den sich bei Bedar (1x Unwetter) sofort gekümmert wurde.Leider sind die Entfernungsangaben sehr optimistisch (Objekt nicht im Boulevard S. sondern im Luftlinie gut 500 m weiter vom Wasser entfernten Boulevard de B. - dafür kennen wir jetzt die Vorzüge von I.) und das ein oder andere Spinnennetz missfiel der Mitreisenden Damenwelt. Das mit der Selbstentsorgung des Mülls ist auch mühsam und kannten wir bisher nicht.Aber insgesamt-bis auf die kleinen Abstriche-empfehlenswert, wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen,Danke Silvia und Pieter"

"Just got home from our stay and we could not recommend this villa enough. From booking, to communication prior to our stay, through to check in, everything was made so easy. Once we arrived the villa is simply beautiful with breathtaking views. There is everything you will need there and we felt it was very well equipped for our stay. Communication with Walt regarding anything was delt with quickly and they ensured we were happy and sorted for our stay. We were provided with information prior to our stay and this helped us plan day trips and meals out. The local area is lovely and there is enough around to keep you busy. However we had plenty of days in the villa and the great pool area. We've had the best 2 weeks and would definitely stay again."

"Perfect Family holiday villa! We were 4 families and young teenagers looking for a villa with a pool, enough space not to get under each other's feet, all with separate bathrooms, walking distance to the sea / bay and also to a town. This villa was perfect. Les Issambres is a quite hill side coastal town between Frejus and St Maxime. The Town San Peire is not too big to be hectic but has more than ample to meet everyone's needs, restaurants, a few bars, sandy bays / beaches with watersports, good sized supermarkets, marche, bank, tabac and so on...all this within 10-15 minutes walking depending on your pace. The walk back is somewhat uphill once your turn off the coastal road but manageable for anyone generally fit and well. The beaches in town are soft sand, the bay at the bottom of the roads is a little rocky so beach shoes recommended, however absolutely beautiful and sheltered! The pool at the villa is not done justice in the pictures, it is perfectly large enough and deep and our 4 teenagers were more than happy to spend most afternoons there. The pool walls / rim could do with a little TLC but that is a critique not a complaint. We did hire a car as to take rubbish to bins and so on can't really be done in hand and on feet when so many. The ramp into the villa is not ideal for low suspension cars The beds are all extremely comfortable, modern bathrooms and functional kitchen. We hope to stay again!!"
